Chef Joy helped perfect her art in some of the world's best Michelin starred kitchens, while working and learning from the expertise of world renowned chef's Thomas Keller and Paul Liebrandt. A balance of east and west coast traditions, as well as her love of traveling and tasting, provides her inspiration to create amazing and playful flavor combinations. Only the highest quality ingredients are utilized, including food sourced locally through a direct relationship with local farmers. Chef Joy is a firm believer in using foods that are non-processed, which leads to artisanal production of almost everything.
